Shipping within India is free.
Courier charges for parcels sent to us for exchange, buyback, money back, or repairs borne by the company. But, small amount will be charged as Rs.500 fee for Silver Luxe & Goldwrap Silver Jewellery and Rs. 1000 fee for Lab Grown, Natural Diamond & Gold Jewellery, which covers both pickup and return delivery.
A valid identity proof may be required at the time of delivery.
For security and verification purposes, a One-Time Passcode (OTP) is required at the time of delivery.
Domestic Order Delivery Time
If products falls under Ready to Ship category, typically delivered within 5-8 Business days.
If products are falls under Make to Order category, typically delivered within 8-11 Business days.
Products are typically delivered within 12 to 15 working days within India from the day of order confirmation, unless delayed by governmental authorities or entities acting on their behalf & might get affected because of Public Holidays. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, local restriction, natural calamities or courier related issues.
For heavier items like necklaces and bracelets, the delivery time extends to 21 working days due to the additional handling and care required.
For customized orders, delivery time may vary based on design, aesthetic, or size changes requested by the customer. This varies on a case-by-case basis.
If we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we will cancel the order and notify you. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made.
Packing & Security
All orders are carefully packaged in tamper-proof and discreet packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are advised to inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting the delivery.
If the package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. A 1% payment gateway charge may be deducted.
Modification to orders must be requested within 12 hours of purchase by contacting customer service.
