RETURN & REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return & refund policy designed to give you complete confidence and peace of mind. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction with Aspiri reflects the highest standards of quality, care, and transparency.

15 DAYS MONEY BACK POLICY

Applicable for Silver Luxe, Goldwrap Silver, Lab Grown Diamond, Natural Diamond & Plain Gold Jewelry.

T&C

  • Money-Back is not applicable on products like Gold Coin, Silver Coin, God Idol & Customized Jewellery (including personalized/engraved products).
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all original tags, invoice, box, and accessories intact. Free gifts/combos/sets must also be returned together. Refund may be declined if conditions are not met.
  • Once received, our Quality Assurance team will conduct an inspection. Based on the QA report, you’ll be notified if eligible. If yes, refund will be initiated as per Refund Policy. If not, product will be redelivered.
  • If a wrong item is delivered (e.g., incorrect size or metal), Aspiri will arrange return/exchange and cover return shipping. Customer must immediately contact support with photos or video.
  • If QA finds discrepancies in weight, missing/broken diamonds or gemstones → refund will depend on product condition.
  • Wrong item ordered by customer (size, metal, gemstone, diamond, carat, etc.) → non-returnable/non-exchangeable (lifetime warranty only).
  • Items showing wear, altered, resized elsewhere, or damaged cannot be accepted.
  • Maximum eligible value: ₹2,00,000 per individual product.
  • Aspiri reserves sole right for final decision. No third-party involvement/intervention will be entertained.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Applicable for Silver Luxe & Goldwrap Silver Jewellery. Exchange slab:

  • Within 0–15 days → 100% invoice value
  • Within 16–180 days → 75% invoice value
  • Within 181–365 days → 50% invoice value
  • Within 366–999 days → 25% invoice value

(Invoice value excludes GST, discounts, or promotional offers)

  • Customized jewellery not eligible.
  • Incorrect item delivered → free return/exchange arranged with next-day pickup.
  • Wrong item ordered by customer → non-returnable/non-exchangeable (lifetime warranty only).
  • Items showing wear, altered, resized elsewhere, or damaged cannot be accepted.
  • Not applicable for products bought via coin/idol exchange.
  • Full-value exchange within 15 days allowed only once.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds under the 15-Day Money-Back Policy will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, UPI, or bank account provided by the customer, subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions*.
  • Refunds under Exchange Policy are processed within 7–10 business days to customer’s wallet subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions#.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS

  • If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please contact customer support within 1 hour of delivery using the contact details provided.
  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is mandatory for processing such claims.
  • Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in the claim being rejected.
  • The final decision in such cases rests solely with the brand “Aspiri”.
