Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

At Aspiri, we are committed to delivering a seamless and value-driven customer experience. Our Exchange & Buy-Back Policy is thoughtfully crafted to offer you flexibility, transparency, and complete peace of mind with every purchase.

Lifetime Buy Back Policy*

• For Plain Gold Jewellery – 100% value of Metal weight at the current prevailing rate.
• For Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery – 100% Gold Value and 90% Value on Lab Grown Diamond at the current prevailing rate.
• For Natural Diamond Jewellery – 90% on Gold and Diamond value at the current prevailing rate.

Lifetime Exchange Policy*

• For Plain Gold Jewellery – 100% value of Metal weight at the current prevailing rate.
• For Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery – 100% Gold Value and 100% Value on Lab Grown Diamond at the current prevailing rate.
• For Natural Diamond Jewellery – 100% on Gold and Diamond value at the current prevailing rate.

Terms & Conditions*

• Customized jewellery (Make to Order), including personalized and engraved items, is not eligible for the Money-Back, Buyback, or Exchange Policy. Such products are covered exclusively under the Lifetime Warranty program only.
• In the absence of the original certificate, the company will arrange for the solitaire/jewellery to be sent for recertification. Additional 10% will be deducted from the LTE / LTB value if the customer does not have the Invoice. Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs.1000.
• If any coupon, discount, or promotional code was applied during the original purchase, the Buyback or Exchange value will be adjusted by deducting the corresponding value of the offer availed.
• In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the Stone, Diamond & labour value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the buyback amount.
• The points used while placing an order will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value if a point system is introduced.
• If the value of the new product under the Lifetime Exchange exceeds the value of the original item, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
• If the value of the new product selected under the Lifetime Exchange is lower than that of the original item, the difference will be refunded to the customer’s wallet within 7–10 business days.
• Buyback & Exchange value will be determined based on the gold weight and diamond specifications assessed at the time of inspection.
• The prevailing market value will be determined solely by the company, and no third-party evaluations will be considered.
• This feature is not available for international orders (orders shipped abroad from India).
• Aspiri reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions or applicable policies for individual customers at its discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed of any changes prior to the completion of the purchase.
• Lifetime Exchange policy is not applicable on a product purchased in exchange of gold coins / silver coin / idol.
• Any new product purchased against LTE value will be eligible for LTE and Buyback but not eligible for 15 days Money Back Policy.
• Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values will be calculated excluding making charges and applicable taxes.
• You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
• 15 Day Money-Back is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Exchange Policy.
• Lifetime Exchange / Lifetime Buy Back – If customer chooses to avail this benefit on their previous purchase, we will inform them of the final exchange / Buy Back value of the product. If this value is agreed by the customer, the amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet. Customer can use this amount to purchase new jewellery (except gold coin / solitaire) with us but cannot encash the amount. If not agreed, the same product will be returned to the customer on a to-pay basis.

Aspiri reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically.
