This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made for products and services purchased under the brand ASPIRI, owned and operated by Aspiri LLP (“ASPIRI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy applies to transactions conducted through:
- ASPIRI Website
- ASPIRI Retail Stores
- Shop-in-Shop (SIS) Locations
- Try-At-Home Services
- Any other authorized ASPIRI sales channel
1. Accepted Modes of Payment
ASPIRI accepts the following modes of payment, subject to availability and operational feasibility:
1.1 Online Payments
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express*)
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Wallets (as enabled from time to time)
*Availability may vary by payment gateway.
1.2 Offline / In-Store Payments
- Credit / Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking Transfers
- Old Gold Adjustment
- Cash (subject to statutory limits under applicable Indian laws)
- Demand Drafts / Cheques (subject to realization/clearance)
Old Gold Payment Clause
Where payment is made partially or fully through old gold adjustment:
- The value attributable to old gold shall not be refunded in cash or to any bank account
- Such value shall be adjusted or credited strictly in accordance with ASPIRI’s Cancellation, Exchange, and Buyback Policies
- For customized jewelry, deductions shall apply as per applicable policy
- This clause applies irrespective of the original mode of payment
2.Payment Gateway & Security
2.1 All online transactions are processed through RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
2.2 ASPIRI does not store or retain card numbers, CVV, or sensitive banking information.
2.3 Customers are responsible for maintaining secure access while making payments.
ASPIRI shall not be liable for unauthorized transactions arising from customer negligence.
3.Payment Gateway & Security
3.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Prices are inclusive of applicable GST, unless explicitly mentioned.
3.2 Prices may vary based on:
- Prevailing gold market rates
- Product specifications
- Customization or modification requests
3.4 The final payable amount shall be clearly communicated prior to payment confirmation.
4. Advance Payments & Order Confirmation
4.1 Requirement of Advance Payment
Certain products and services require advance or full payment prior to order processing, manufacturing, sourcing, or reservation, including but not limited to:
a) Customized or personalized jewelry
b) Made-to-order jewelry
c) Size-specific or design-modified products
d) High-value or limited-inventory jewelry
e) Gold coins and bullion
f) Try-At-Home selections converted into confirmed purchases
ASPIRI reserves the right to determine the applicable advance payment based on product type and operational considerations.
4.2 Advance Payment Structure
4.2.1 100% Advance Payment
Applicable to:
- Gold coins and bullion (investment-grade 999 / 24K purity)
Such orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to market-linked pricing.
4.2.2 70% Advance Payment
Applicable to:
- Fully customized jewelry
- Engraved or personalized jewelry
The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or pickup.
4.2.3 Partial Advance Payment (Minimum 50%)
Applicable to:
- Made-to-order jewelry
- Standard designs requiring size changes
- Orders involving inter-store or SIS transfers
The balance amount shall be payable within the timeline communicated at order placement.
4.3 Scenario-Based Clarifications
Scenario-Based Clarifications
- 100% advance payment mandatory
- Order confirmed only after full payment
- Non-cancellable and non-refundable
Scenario 2: Fully Customized Jewelry
- 70% advance payment required
- If cancelled before manufacturing, up to 20% of the order value may be deducted towards design, material allocation, manufacturing, and administrative costs
- Once manufacturing begins, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable
Scenario 3: Made-to-Order / Size-Modified Jewelry
- Minimum 50% advance payment required
- Cancellation may attract deductions towards material loss, making charges, and administrative costs
Scenario 4: Gold Price Lock
- Gold price is locked only after receipt of applicable advance payment
- Lock validity shall be communicated at order placement
- Delay in balance payment may result in price revision or cancellation
- Gold price lock does not constitute a hedge, investment, or guarantee against future price movements
Scenario 5: Try-At-Home Conversion
- Applicable advance (100% / 70% / 50%) required based on product category
- Product remains ASPIRI property until full payment is received
Scenario 6: High-Value or Limited-Inventory Jewelry
- Advance required as per applicable slab (100% / 70% / 50%)
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of advance
4.4 Order Confirmation
An order shall be deemed confirmed only when:
- Applicable advance or full payment is received
- Payment is verified and cleared
- Product specifications are finalized
- Official confirmation is issued via invoice / Order ID / email / SMS / WhatsApp
Verbal confirmations or quotations do not constitute order confirmation.
4.5 Payment Failure or Delay
If payment fails or remains pending:
- The order shall be treated as unconfirmed
- ASPIRI shall not be liable for price changes, stock unavailability, or design discontinuation
4.6 Balance Payment & Timelines
Failure to complete balance payment within the communicated timeline may result in:
- Gold rate revision
- Additional charges
- Order cancellation without further liability on ASPIRI
4.7 Non-Pickup of Orders (30-Day Rule)
4.7.1 Made-to-Order Jewelry (Non-Customized)
If the customer fails to collect the order within 30 days of availability:
- The order shall be cancelled due to non-pickup
- Advance amount shall be credited to the customer’s ASPIRI account as store credit (non-transferable, non-encashable, usable only for ASPIRI jewelry purchases)
- Such store credit may be used for future purchases but shall not be refunded to bank, original payment method, or cash
4.7.2 Customized Made-to-Order Jewelry
If not collected within 30 days:
- The order shall be cancelled
- 20% of the total order value shall be deducted
- The balance amount shall be credited as store credit (non-transferable, non-encashable, usable only for ASPIRI jewelry purchases)
4.8 Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk in the jewelry shall transfer to the customer only upon full payment and delivery. Until such time, the product remains the exclusive property of ASPIRI.
4.9 Right of Refusal
ASPIRI reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel orders in case of:
- Incomplete or suspicious payments
- Manufacturing or sourcing constraints
Settlements shall be made in accordance with applicable ASPIRI policies.
5. EMI & Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL)
EMI / BNPL facilities are provided by third-party financial institutions. ASPIRI is not responsible for approvals, interest rates, penalties, or disputes arising from such services.

7. Invoicing & Receipts
A valid GST tax invoice shall be issued for every completed transaction. Customers are advised to retain invoices for warranty, exchange, buyback, and legal purposes.
8. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds and adjustments shall be processed strictly in accordance with ASPIRI’s Exchange, Buyback, and Cancellation Policies. Refunds, adjustments, or credits may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as permitted by applicable ASPIRI policies and law.
9. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- All transactions comply with GST, Income Tax, and RBI regulations
- Cash payments exceeding INR 2,00,000 per transaction are strictly prohibited
- PAN card details are mandatory for transactions exceeding INR 2,00,000
10. Limitation of Liability
ASPIRI shall not be liable for banking failures, payment gateway downtime, or third-party service disruptions, except where prohibited under applicable law.
11. Policy Modifications
ASPIRI reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions shall be effective upon publication.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Surat, Gujarat (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
