SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Shipping & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs shipping, delivery, cancellation, and related terms for products purchased from ASPIRI, a brand owned and operated by Aspiri LLP.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

1.1 Orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

1.2 A tentative delivery timeline is communicated via order confirmation email

1.3 Upon dispatch, shipment tracking details are shared via registered contact details.

2. Shipping Partners

2.1 We engage reputed third-party courier and logistics partners.

2.2 ASPIRI shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control.

4. Shipping & Handling Charges

4.2 For exchange, buyback or repair services, courier charges are borne by ASPIRI;

however, a logistics & handling fee applies:

  • ₹500 – Silver & Gold Vermeil Jewelry
  • ₹1,000 – Lab-Grown Diamond, Natural Diamond & Gold Jewelry

(This includes pickup and return delivery.)

4.3 Charges may be revised with prior disclosure on the website.

5. Delivery Timelines (Domestic Orders)

5.1 Ready-to-Ship: 7–9 business days

5.2 Made-to-Order: 13–15 business days

5.3 SGeneral Timelines: 10–15 working days

5.4 Heavier jewelry may require 23–25 working days.

5.5 Fully Customized orders may require additional time.

5.6 Delays may occur due to government restrictions, holidays, natural calamities,

weather, courier issues, system outages, or force majeure events.

6. Failure to Deliver

If delivery is not possible, the order shall be cancelled and a full refund processed to the original payment method or bank account, subject to applicable ASPIRI policies. No interest or compensation shall be payable.

7. Packaging, Security & Delivery Verification

7.1 Orders are shipped in tamper-proof packaging.

7.2 2 Customers must inspect the package at delivery.

7.3 Tampered or damaged packages must be refused and reported immediately.

7.4 OTP and/or government-issued ID may be required at delivery. Any identification collected for delivery verification is used solely for verification purposes and not stored beyond regulatory or audit requirements.

7.5 Video Recording Requirement-Customers are strongly required to create a continuous, unedited video recording of the package from the moment it is received from the delivery partner until it is fully opened and the product is clearly visible.

This video must clearly show:

  • The unopened tamper-proof package
  • The shipping label and order details
  • The opening of the package
  • The product received inside

In the absence of such video evidence, ASPIRI may be unable to process claims relating to missing items, damage, incorrect products, tampering, or transit-related disputes.

8. Order Cancellation & Modification

8.1 Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours, provided production has not commenced.

8.2 Customized or made-to-order products are not cancellable once production has commenced, which includes design approval, CAD approval, raw material allocation, stone procurement, or initiation of manufacturing, whichever occurs earlier.

8.3 Actual non-refundable payment gateway charges may be deducted.

8.4 Orders once processed, customized, or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. ASPIRI is not liable for failures due to incorrect information.

10. Insurance & Risk Transfer

10.1 Products are insured until successful delivery.

10.2 Risk and title pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the invoice value (excluding GST). ASPIRI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Courts of Surat, Gujarat (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
