Exchange and Buy-Back Policies

1. Gold Coins

1.1:- 15-Day Returns

Not Applicable

1.2:- Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• 100% value of gold weight calculated at the prevailing gold rate at the time of exchange.

1.3:- Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange value minus additional 3%.

2. Gold Vermeil Jewelry / Silver Jewelry

2.1 15-Day Returns

We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked Return Policy from the date of invoicing and receipt of the product.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Original invoice, certificate, and packaging must be intact.

2.2 Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

A. Standard Lifetime Exchange (No Mandatory Upgrade)

Within 1 Year from Invoice Date:

• Exchange value shall be 80% of the original Invoice Value.

After 1 Year from Invoice Date:

• Exchange value shall be 70% of the original Invoice Value.

Exclusions:

• GST, discounts, and promotional benefits, offers are excluded.
• No compulsory upsell required.

B. Lifetime Exchange with Upgrade (Value Protection Benefit)

• If the customer upgrades to a new product with a value greater than 2× the original invoice value.
• 100% of the original invoice value (excluding GST, discounts, promotional benefits & offers) shall be considered as the exchange value.
• Metal price fluctuations will not impact the exchange value.
• Applicable for lifetime, subject to product verification.

2.3 Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Within 1 year from invoice date: 70% of original invoice value.
• After 1 year from invoice date: 60% of original invoice value.
• (excluding GST, discounts, promotional benefits & offers)

3. Plain Gold Jewelry

3.1 15-Day Exchange

15-day no-questions-asked exchange from the date of invoice and receipt.

3.2 Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• 100% value of metal weight calculated at the prevailing metal rate.
• Making charges, GST, discounts, and promotional benefits are excluded.

3.3 Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange value minus additional 3%.

4. Natural Diamond Jewelry

4.1 15-Day Exchange

15-day no-questions-asked exchange from the invoice date.

4.2 Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• Metal: 100% value of metal weight at prevailing metal rate.
• Natural Diamond: 100% of prevailing diamond value.
• Making charges, GST, discounts, and promotional benefits are excluded.

4.3 Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Natural Diamond: Additional 10% deduction from applicable Lifetime Exchange value.

5. Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry

5.1 15-Day Exchange

15-day no-questions-asked exchange from the invoice date.

5.2 Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• Metal: 100% value of metal weight at prevailing metal rate.
• Lab-Grown Diamond: 90% of prevailing diamond value.
• Making charges, GST, discounts, and promotional benefits are excluded.

5.3 Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Lab-Grown Diamond: Additional 10% deduction from applicable Lifetime Exchange value.

Terms & Conditions

• Customized or Make-to-Order jewelry including engraved products are not eligible for 15-Day Returns.
• Loss of original certificate will require re-certification with ₹200 deduction.
• Coupons, discounts and promotional offers will be deducted from exchange or buyback value.
• Loyalty points used during purchase will be deducted from exchange value.
• Exchange or buyback value will be determined after inspection of gold weight and diamond specifications.
• Benefits are not applicable for international orders.
• Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values exclude making charges and taxes.
• Design exchange within 15 days is permitted only once.
• Aspiri LLP reserves the right to modify these policies anytime.
